Keys Property Watch Services

With every property inspection service plan, we walk the whole property. We provide a visual check, and look for any signs of damage or if any windows or doors have been tampered with.  We provide emailed reports with pictures of any damage or concerns.  

For the outside of your property, we will do a complete sweep of the home, looking for any signs of damage and any maintenance items that may have come up since our last visit. Each home is unique and we adjust our property inspection to accommodate your property's needs. Here are a few things we look for:  

• Check exterior locks, windows, doors, screens
• Check the entire property for any signs of vandalism or damage
• Perform a visual check on the pool and equipment to verify operation.
• Verify that landscaping services are being performed
• Discard any junk fliers or mail that has accumulated on the entrance
• Verify that the trash and yard waste is being picked up
• Visual inspections of the dock and dock areas
• Visual inspection of any garage doors for damage
• Verify that all exterior water sources are not leaking 

A thorough walkthrough of the inside of the home consists of :

• Visual inspection of all the window and door locks
• Checking your A/C to verify that it is operating, checking for leaks, overflow and verifying the temperature is set to customers settings
• Visual checks under all sinks and around all toilets. Flushing all toilets and running water in sinks to maintain seals and water levels.
• Visual inspection of appliances that are present to verify that they are operating normally
• Checking for pests and insect infestations
• Verifying any alarm systems are armed and in good working order
• Inspection of breakers to verify no tripped circuits
• Checking for any water intrusion from recent weather
• Visual check for obvious mold or other conditions that need attention
• Check Mailbox

Storm services are limited and subject to local restrictions and evacuation orders. Services may be limited by local access and infrastructure.  We have limited availability for these services, if you are interested in these, please let us know ASAP.
