We are a professional property watch service.  We visit and visually inspect your property while you are away.  We can help identify problems and potential problems that can occur while your property is vacant. 

We provide in-person services that are not available through a remote alarm monitoring service like ADT and others. 

We service properties in the middle Florida Keys including Marathon, Key Colony Beach, Duck Key, Big Pine Key, and more.  

Alarm services are a great tool and they will help monitor your home and property access points.  What they cannot do is physically be there to check your air conditioner, water heater, broken windows, pests and rodent problems, broken pipes, and mold! That's where we come in and help.  

 Our company uses business management software provided by Home Watch IT.  The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the location, time, and date corresponding to the report’s creation.  You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or need. 

Cost is always a concern and we strive to provide great value to all our customers.  The Florida Keys is an amazing place with a wide variety of property types, sizes, and styles.  Each home is unique and we will provide you with a customized plan that will fit you and your home best. 

When compared to the potential damage and repair costs, we feel it is an excellent value.  

We do not provide repair services but we can help refer you to local vendors who provide quality services. We can also help coordinate with those vendors to give them access to the home or property. 

Keys Property Watch is not a Security Service. We do not respond to alarms or have any law enforcement ability. However, criminals like to see vacant homes with no one around.  We visit your home and our vehicles will be seen in your driveway and we will interact with the neighbors when they are around.  When someone checks your property periodically, it does provide a sense of security to those who may be watching. Picking up the newspapers and having your mailbox emptied shows that the home is not vacant all the time. This can deter potential vandalism and theft. 

Every property is different. We can provide services weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Depending on your needs, we can check your home multiple times a week. It all depends on the services you are looking for. We provide personalized services.
